Insurance Information

The Clinic of Pediatrics and GI Medicine accepts most major insurances, as well as Medicaid. Please make sure all of your child's information is accurate and up to date with the insurance company prior to their scheduled appointment. This includes: Primary Care Physician assignment, spelling of name, date of birth, coordination of benefits, and eligibility. If this is not done prior to appointment, you may be asked to call insurance when checking in and it may delay time of appointment. Failure to do so may result in denial of payment from insurance. Therefore, payment is patient responsibility.
